Data protection is a high priority at HeidisButik, and therefore we are of course open about how we process your personal information.

Therefore, we have prepared a policy on how we protect your personal information.

Where is your information stored?

Your personal information that we collect from you is stored in our system and is not for public view.

Who has access to your information?

Your information you enter here at HeidisButik will only be used to deliver your shipment and will never be shared or exchanged with a third party.

Who is responsible for your personal information?

Heidisbutik.dk is responsible for all personal information you provide to us, and also responsible for protecting your information in accordance with applicable data protection law.

Marketing

If you have accepted or signed up for our newsletter, you are automatically on our subscription list and will therefore receive emails from Heidisbutik.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time and your personal information will then be deleted from our system.

- We never share or exchange your personal information with others. The information you enter is only used to deliver your goods or, if you have agreed to the newsletter, to receive emails.

Heidisbutik provides information on the essential properties of the product. For further information or questions about existing information, please send an email to support@heidisbutik.dk.

Prices

All prices are current prices and are only valid on the day of booking. Price changes may therefore occur.
All prices listed include 25% VAT.

Payment

The account information you enter when purchasing goods is sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL) that only you and PBS can read. This means that no one else sees or stores your information.

When purchasing with Dankort or credit card, the amount will be deducted from your account as soon as the item is shipped from Heidisbutik. If you choose to receive the item on delivery, the amount will be paid upon receipt of the item.

Right of withdrawal

If you notify HeidisButik that you have regretted the purchase within 14 days of delivery, your money will be refunded. Goods returned UFRANCO or cash on delivery will be refused receipt. When returning, please use PostNord or GLS and not alternative package distributors. As this makes it possible to track the item if it gets lost during return shipping.

You should send the item securely packaged - together with a copy of the invoice and please write clearly that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal and that you therefore wish to be refunded the price of the item. We do not refund the shipping costs if you have chosen to have the item shipped directly to the address.

Right of complaint

The right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sales Act for 24 months, covering manufacturing and material defects that are discovered during the normal use of the product. Damage to the product due to operating errors, handling errors, modifications, gross misuse by the buyer and normal wear and tear are not covered by the right of complaint.

Complaints about defects and deficiencies that should be discovered during normal examination of the product must be reported to Heidisbutik within a reasonable time, but no later than 2 months after the defect is discovered. The product can subsequently be returned for repair, exchange or you can, by agreement, receive a discount on the price or a full refund of the price of the product, depending on the extent of the defect.
