For me, Christmas tree decorations must be something special, preferably decorations that become a permanent tradition on the tree. I have ornaments that my grandmother and my mother gave me, and that ornament was on my first Christmas tree from 1980 and will continue to be for the rest of my life. When my boys fly from the nest and have their first Christmas tree in their own home, they get something from their great-grandmother's and grandmother's Christmas tree, and of course a set of my Christmas tree pendants, and I want it to continue like this for many generations to come. It gives a warm feeling inside when you look at the tree and think: Grandma's fine glass ball hangs there, and there are mother's homemade peddlers' houses with curled handles. I would like to pass this tradition on to other families with these small cute and funny pendants. I just have to remember to tell you that here in our home it is a tradition that the elf in the attic decorates our Christmas tree at night."
